At Tesco Handforth Dean, giving back to the community is more than just a gesture, it’s one of our core values. During November 2023, the team at Tesco rallied its community spirit to
raise an impressive £18,164.08 for the Poppy Appeal. This achievement marked an impressive increase of £2,100 from the previous year and showcased the shopper’s community spirit.

Further to this, the team raised an amazing £600 through the sale of Poppy items which further contributes to this notable cause. To support the Royal British Legion further, Handforth Dean Tesco will be hosting a stand for the upcoming D-Day 80 event on the 4th of May. The team will be selling lapel pins to raise funds during the event.
