World Cup Sweepstake – Terms and Conditions

  1. Those who entered the sweepstake competition have been added to the tournament tracker listed above. For the competition T&Cs please click here. 
  2. To enter the sweepstake, entrants were required complete the online entry form in full. 
  3. By submitting the form, each entrant will be automatically allocated a randomly selected country participating in the World Cup.
  4. Each entrant will receive one (1) country allocation per entry.
  5. If the country allocated to an entrant is the winning team of the World Cup, the entrant will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Tesco or M&S voucher. 
  6. If the country who win the world cup do not have an allocated entrant, the winner will be drawn from those who are allocated to second place. 
  7. The prize draw will take place after the conclusion of the World Cup, and one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries linked to the winning country.
  8. The winner will be able to choose if they want their £100 voucher for Tesco, M&S or split between the two stores. 
  9. There is no cash alternative available.
  10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other item or service.
  11. The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.
  12. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and consent to participate in any reasonable publicity relating to the promotion if requested.
  13. If entrants do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, they will not be eligible to take part in the promotion.
  14. The promoter and associated partners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion, except where caused by negligence.
  15. Personal data provided will only be used for the administration of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for the purposes of running the competition.
  16. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  17. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
